More Details:

This strong, detailed class trains you in all aspects of the logo design process including logo design theory, implementation, typography practice, color pallet selection, file preparation and export and how to practice with adobe illustrator to create stunning logos.

This training not only teaches you how to communicate with consumers by pursuing several complete logo design projects from start to finish. Before starting your logo design project, we talk about what kind of questions to ask clients.

We are also applying our logos to mockups so that we can create professional presentations for our portfolio or for approval by the company. We also go about a step-by - step process about where to locate potential clients.

We delve into logo design categories for the theory portion of this course, and also discuss all the different logo design types when showing each Stellar example.

I go through the features of good logos designs and use real world businesses to guide you through these. Ultimately, we can't think about the philosophy of logo design without learning about the influence of color while we study the psychology charts.

The next section is for those who need an Adobe Illustrator crash course as we review all of the most used tools that we'll use throughout this class including the width, shape-builder, offset path, gradient tools, and layering masks and more.

Afterwards we walk from scratch through the whole process of logo design. We will learn how to get our ideas out on paper quickly, and then turn those rough ideas into real workable designs that we can present to the customer. We are going to walk through every step of the journey while we try to find the final ideas to present. We are going to build a moodboard to find our best matches for color and finish our logo with the final touches.

Our next segment is plunging deep into the golden logo style ratio. We'll create the golden ratio spiral from scratch and create the golden ratio circles we need to start adapting our designs to the golden ratio. We'll also be running a variety of research tasks.

We then take this logo all the way to the end by making all the variants and sizes that we'll need to adjust to just about everything. We will also create professional prototypes, learning how to use mock-ups from photoshops. Then we will use our free export file guide to learn how and why we are exporting the different files to our clients.

The next section revolves around the fundamentals of portfolio building and some places and steps to find clients and get customer recommendations so you can start building your design business.

This course is packed full of downloadable tools including a client questioner folder, cheat sheet logo types and categories, color wheel and color psychology guides, customer finding tool and file export, a cheat sheet golden ratio, a font paring guide and much more!

This curriculum is lengthy but is gentle and well-paced enough to progress through the course for the beginners. There are also beginner and intermediate level topics discussed later in the course and some advanced topics discussed.

This would be for those interested in learning through a course that focuses extensively on logo design or any designer wanting to fine-tune their logo design and presentation skills.

So, are you ready for the game of designing your logo? Let's kick off!
